MAKAN IKUT JENIS DARAH...
hai kawan-kawan..do you know that we are suppose to eat food according to our blood type?weird is it '.' well, you may consider that statement...just to share, below is the table consists of type of blood and type of foods that suitable for each blood type...this table is helpful for those who want to lose weight...maybe you had tried so many programme but never achieve the target..thus just follow the table below for the last resort maybe...hahahaha...please check..
